How to respond to a review

1. Login to your Client Center:

2. Open the Business Listing tab on the left.

3. Select Property Reviews. This will update the page to show you a table of all of your reviews.




4. Find the review you want to respond to. In the Action column on the right, you can select View to see the full review and Respond to reply to it.





5. Clicking Respond will open a window where you can type your reply. Once you have added your response, click Save Response.
